The place was clean and spacious. The street was quiet, but also within walking distance to the all the attractions in Florence. The best was their recommendations, all neatly set out in the binder: the restaurants are the best we’ve eaten at in Italy: true Italian cuisine that is delicious! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Kitchen amenities were fantastic, and a few coffee pods, etc, were a nice touch. Easy check-in process and the electronic door locking felt safe and secure. The apartment was clean and linens crisp and fresh. Soaps and washing up liquid were left for us to use, which was so helpful. Thank you so much for a great stay in Florence!

Margherita and Simone met us on arrival with some lovely welcome gifts and provided lots of wonderful local recommendations and ensured that we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, very walkable to all attractions in Florence but out of the business of the centre and peaceful. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
